By paying the activation fee, the certificate for travel that you received from the resort (“Resort Certificate”) will be active and can be used by you to book travel with the benefits as stated above. Resort Certificate travel and reservations are always subject to availability and blackout dates. Change/cancel fees apply per person. Travel must be booked and completed prior to the expiration date, if any, listed on the Resort Certificate.
Use of the certificate must comply with the following conditions and all other conditions in these Terms and Conditions:
- The certificate will be valid for four years from the activation date.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash value.
- Your permission to collect your Personal Data and share that with the providers of the services for the Resort Certificate as provided in the Privacy Policy.
- Authorization to send you email communications, text messages, and to contact you via phone, including the use of predictive dialers.
- Your understanding that this website is not responsible or liable for the acts of the providers of the services or the suppliers and your agreement with them is the only source for legal or equitable remedies regarding those services.

Each Resort Certificate includes specific benefits which are listed above. There may be other restrictions on the use of the Resort Certificate as provided on the certificate and with the service provider that provides booking services. Due to regulations in different countries, the Resort Certificate value, if any, may not be used to pay taxes. For this reason, additional costs must be paid using a credit card at the time of booking.
